Guarantee

One of the important components of our online store is that the products sold are certified and provided with a brand guarantee from the manufacturers.

To carry out warranty service, the following is required:

  • a warranty card filled out correctly and without blots or corrections, which must indicate the model and serial number of the product, the date of sale and the seal of the trading organization;
  • document confirming purchase (consignment note);
  • full set of goods.

Please also note that upon receipt and payment of the order, the buyer is obliged to check the completeness and appearance of the product in the presence of the courier for the absence of physical defects (scratches, cracks, chips, etc.) and the completeness of the complete set. After the courier's departure, claims on these issues will not be accepted.

Warranty service is not provided if:

  • Warranty card lost or not filled out
  • the equipment was delivered to the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan unofficially
  • the product has traces of mechanical damage or opening
  • factory seals are broken
  • the operating, transportation or storage conditions were violated
  • repairs were carried out by persons who were not employees of an authorized service center
  • non-original components were used
