Return and exchange of goods

1. Goods of proper quality:

1.1. The buyer has the right, within ten days from the date of purchase, to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one from the seller where it was purchased, and if such a product is not available for sale, to receive monetary compensation.

1.2. The buyer's demands for exchange or return of goods are subject to satisfaction in the following cases:

  • if the product has not been used;
  • its presentation, consumer properties, seals, and labels are preserved;
  • a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product (sales receipt or cash register receipt);
When returning a product of proper quality, the customer will receive a refund minus the cost of the services provided. Please note that payment for delivery, assembly, lifting to the floor and other additional services are not refundable and will not be compensated.

1.3. Goods of proper quality are not subject to return (will not be accepted back), in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Rules of Retail Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 75 dated February 13, 2003:

  • 1. Products for the prevention and treatment of diseases at home (sanitary and hygienic items made of metal, rubber, textiles and other materials, medical products and medical equipment, oral hygiene products, spectacle lenses, child care items, medicines).

  • 2. Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, hairpins, hair curlers, wigs, hairpieces and other similar products).

  • 3. Perfumery and cosmetic products.

  • 4. Textile goods (cotton, linen, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics, goods made of non-woven materials such as fabrics - ribbons, braid, lace and others); cable products (wires, cords, cables); construction and finishing materials (carpets and others) and other goods sold by the meter.

  • 5. Sewing and knitted goods (sewing and knitted underwear, hosiery and gloves).

  • 6. Products and materials in contact with food products made of polymeric materials, including those for single use (tableware and kitchen utensils, containers and packaging materials for storing and transporting food products).

  • 7. Household chemicals, pesticides and agrochemicals.

  • 8. Furniture (furniture sets and kits).

  • 9. Products made of precious metals, with precious stones, made of precious metals with inserts of semi-precious and synthetic stones, cut precious stones.

  • 10. Automobiles and reeling goods, trailers and numbered units for them; mobile means of small-scale mechanization of agricultural work; pleasure boats and other floating craft for domestic purposes.

  • 11. Technically complex household goods for which warranty periods have been established (household metal-cutting and woodworking machines; household electrical machines and household electrical appliances; household radio-electronic equipment; household computing and copying equipment; photographic and film equipment; telephones and facsimile equipment; electronic musical instruments; electronic toys).

  • 12. Animals and plants.

1.4. The return of goods is carried out through the Seller's "Delivery Service", for this it is necessary:

  • call the online store using the phone numbers listed in the “Contacts” section;
  • print and fill out the “Refund Application”;
  • Attach a sales receipt or cash register receipt for the order to the return application.

2. Products of inadequate quality:

2.1. A consumer who has been sold a product with defects, if the defects are discovered during the warranty period or the expiration date of the product, has the right to demand:

  • free of charge elimination of defects in the goods or reimbursement of expenses for the correction of defects by the consumer or a third party;
  • proportionate reduction of the purchase price;
Consumer claims are considered upon presentation of a cash or sales receipt, and for goods for which warranty periods have been established, a properly executed technical passport or other document replacing it.

2.2. The procedure for returning a defective product is as follows:

  • By submitting an application for the return of the Goods, which must indicate what specific defect the goods returned by the Buyer contain;
  • After the application is accepted, the Product is sent for inspection to the technical service department, which is authorized to carry out a technical inspection of a certain type of Product to determine the causes of the Product’s defects;
  • Based on the results of the inspection, the authorized technical service for the provision of service shall draw up a conclusion on the causes of the defects of the Goods.
  • If during the warranty period the defects of the Product are caused by a manufacturing defect (fault), the Product is subject to replacement, and if technical elimination of the defects is possible, the Product is subject to elimination of the defects free of charge.

2.3. Procedure for replacing defective goods:

  • Within 7 days (if there are obvious signs of a manufacturing defect)
  • Within 20 days (if additional verification is required)
  • Within 1 month (if there is no product of a similar brand)
  • Within 2 months (for delivery to remote areas).

2.4. Procedure for eliminating product defects:

  • Within 20 days (after a full check by the technical service department).

2.5. After the expiration of the warranty period, claims are made to the manufacturer during the service life.
